Refund Policy
At Resspry, we want you to love your sleep experience. We understand that it takes time for your body to adjust to a new mattress, which is why we offer a 100-Night Sleep Trial.
1. 100-Night Sleep Trial
You have 100 nights from the date of delivery to decide if your Resspry mattress is the perfect fit.
Adjustment Period: We kindly ask you to try your new mattress for at least 30 nights. It often takes this long for your body to adapt to a new support system.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return within the 100-night window, the mattress must be free from tears, stains, or major damage.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you decide the mattress isn't for you within the trial period, please contact us at service@resspry.co.uk
Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Photos: We may request a few photos of the mattress and the law tag to confirm its condition.
3. Shipping & Returns
We offer Free Returns within the 100-day trial period.
To return your product, please coordinate with our customer service team. For authorized returns, the shipping address is:

Warehouse Hours: 10:00 - 16:00 (Mon-Fri)
Note: Please do not send your mattress back to the manufacturer or the return address without prior authorization from our team.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or pickup is confirmed), we will process your refund.
Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
Credit: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted).
Contact your bank.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at service@resspry.co.uk.
6. Exchanges & Damages
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can arrange a swift exchange.
7.Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
8.Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
