Resspry mattresses work on most flat, sturdy surfaces, including slatted bed frames, platform beds, and divan bases. For slatted bases, ensure the gaps between slats are no wider than 7.5 cm (3 inches) for proper support.

A "mattress in a box" is a full-sized mattress that is vacuum-sealed, compressed, and rolled into a compact box for hassle-free delivery and easy handling upstairs.

While we cannot currently guarantee an exact delivery date, we can schedule a specific dispatch date for your order. Standard UK delivery for bulky items typically takes 5 to 7 working days from the dispatch date.

Your Resspry mattress will fully expand and regain its shape within 24 to 48 hours. However, most of the expansion occurs within the first few hours after unboxing, so you can start using it shortly after setup!

Like all boxed memory foam mattresses, you may notice a slight "new mattress" smell upon opening. This is completely safe, non-toxic, and harmless (CertiPUR-US® certified). It usually dissipates within 24 to 72 hours in a well-ventilated room.

To prolong the life of your mattress and ensure even wear, we recommend rotating it head-to-toe every 3–6 months. Do not flip the mattress upside down, as our hybrid layers are designed in a specific top-to-bottom comfort structure. Once expanded, avoid bending or folding the mattress.

Resspry mattresses are designed as integrated units for optimal durability and comfort. Unless stated otherwise, they come with a fixed, breathable cover and do not include an additional removable or machine-washable mattress protector. We recommend using a quality mattress protector to keep it clean.
