EJ ForbesComfort and supportReally impressed with this mattress so far It is thick and comfortable and gives a great balance between softness and support the hybrid design with memory foam and pocket springs helps reduce movement so you are not disturbed if your partner turns during the night. It also stays cooler than many memory foam mattresses I havetried. For the price it does feels well made and offers excellent value. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a comfortable and supportive mattress without spending a fortune
ChristineComfortable and cooling though edges firmReally comfy, and pleasantly cool through a warm night. The Resspry 12 inch hybrid double (4FT6) has a soft memory foam top that hugs hips and shoulders, with a denser base and pocketed coils underneath so you don't sink in and lose support.I tested it after a late shift, sprawled down for a nap and woke up properly rested, which surprised me a bit, could be the contouring at work. And even when my partner turned over a few times I barely felt it, the motion isolation seems to do its job. But the edges are firmer than the middle, so sitting on the side to put boots on felt slightly odd, not a dealbreaker.Overall I'm happy, the cooling cover and ventilated core actually help on humid nights, and the reinforced edges look like they'll hold up. Small niggle with edge comfort, otherwise a solid mattress.
Chanel 💗Resspry memory foam and coil mattress.Resort double mattress, memory foam with coil springs, very comfortable, breathable material.I have a bad back and this is comfortable even for side sleeping,Comes vacuum packed in a box which I find a lot easier to manageDo recommend over 24 hours to fully expand, decent mattress, good value. This has 12inc depth.
The Smart DogGood choice, comfy but supportive, affordable, good for adults and kids.I ordered this mattress for one of my spare rooms that my grandchildren use when they stay over. The medium feel of the base is comfortable and supportive and for kids (and adults) it is softened with the addition of the memory foam layer. I think this adds just the right amount of extra softness for them and they seem cosy and comfy. The sides don't collapse or sag when I sit on the edge of the bed to read their story, and if the little one fidgets in the night she doesn't disturb her sister as there's very little motion transfer. So far they've not come downstairs hot and sweaty wanting a drink, and they seem to be cooler. It arrives vacuum packed which makes it easier to get upstairs and onto the frame, (but it does need a couple of days to reform properly) together with a 100 night trial, a 10 year limited warranty and safety certifications. It's been a great choice, it's affordable and I would be happy to recommend it.I hope you find my experiences helpful.
DaisyComfy nights and less pillow faffMost nights I fuss with pillows, but the Resspry double 4ft6, 12 inch hybrid made that practice shorter than usual. And the multi-layer memory foam comfort layer really hugs hips and shoulders while the dense base stops any sinking, my back thanked me after a long day outside. But the proper trial was a 2am kitchen raid by my partner, trays clattering and all, I barely stirred, which says a lot. The pocketed coils and visco-elastic layer absorb movement nicely, and the breathable foam plus moisture-wicking cover did keep me cool on a humid evening, the ventilated core must be doing its job (I may have tested it by turning the heating up slightly). So, not perfect for my preference, it's a touch firmer than I expected and I would have liked a softer top layer, but the reinforced edges feel solid and the 100 night trial with a 10 year limited warranty is reassuring.
AlSurprisingly comfy firm mattress for big blokesI wasn't expecting miracles, but this Resspry double mattress has been a pleasant surprise. The 12 inch hybrid feels like a firm yet forgiving middle ground, and as a 6'4"" bloke weighing 105kg I needed that support. And the first proper test came after a long Sunday hike, I fell asleep fast even with my shoulders feeling stiff, the memory foam top layer cradled the sore bits while the dense base kept my spine in line. The cooling cover actually helped on a warm night, and my partner's midnight wriggling didn't wake me thanks to the pocketed coils and visco-elastic layer. But it isn't perfect, I'd prefer a touch more give in the very top layer, otherwise it's solid. Quick aside, my 3 year old did try to commandeer it, so looks kid-approved.Comfortable, sturdy and good for couples, I'd recommend it for heavier sleepers who want firm support without baking.
JinFirm yet comfy family proof mattressI'm pleasantly surprised by the Resspry small double, the 12 inch hybrid feels like a proper middle ground between too soft and too firm. And I sleep better for it.Last Saturday I crashed onto it after a late cycling session, my wife joined later and our 8 year old insisted on a bedtime story, then the 5 year old clambered in too, and the dog jumped up — somehow I hardly felt any of that. The pocketed coils and visco elastic top really isolate movement, while the ventilated core and moisture wicking cover kept me cool even under a thick duvet, which was a relief. As a 6'3" 115 kg bloke I need decent support and the dense base does the job, edges feel reinforced so you can sit without that horrible dip.But it's not flawless, the cover picks up cat hair and I wished the edges were a fraction firmer for my weight. Still, a very solid mattress for most nights.
GeoCool supportive mattress with solid feelComfortable and supportive, with a noticeably cooler top layer. And the 12 inch depth feels substantial without being too heavy. One night my 7 year old daughter and 5 year old son decided our bed was a pop-up playground, I barely felt them though which I did not expect, so that pocketed coil and visco elastic combo really works for motion isolation. My wife slept through most of it, happy face and all, while I was judging my parenting choices over a cup of tea.But on a proper hot evening the breathable foam and moisture wicking cover did help keep things neutral, I woke less sweaty than usual. Edges feel reinforced and the dense base gives decent support for my back, though it is a touch firm at the very edge and it's quite heavy to manoeuvre if you want to flip or move it. Happy with it, will probably keep it.
The-Vine-QuineHybrid mattessA very nice quality and comfortable mattress which is doing a cracking job in the spare room. The arrival time was prompt and I like that the mattress arrives pre-rolled and vacuum packed. I used to think this would mean the final quality was poor but I stand corrected. Once you open the inner bag the mattress springs into life like a cat from a box and only takes a couple minutes to reach the full desired size. It is recommend to leave the mattress to 'settle' for 72 hours before use but when you have guests arriving the next day that's not an option. I think it got about 30 hours before it was in use and there were nothing but compliments. It's a good and firm mattress which offers all the support you would expect from a memory foam mattress... But the hybrid nature ensures you're not paying the same hefty price tag. I'm really impressed with it. I'll gladly use the brand in the future. Also comes with a 100 day sleep guarantee and a 10 year warranty. You can't go wrong at this price.
HaijingliangExcellent quality for the priceSuper happy with this mattress. It's firm, gives great support, and feels very high quality for the price
